And La Psychotherapist, Danielle Jagoda, agreed.

"They (the daughters) could also feel some mixed emotions, and struggle with the truth that they both love their mom yet resent her concurrently," Jagoda added. "There could be much confusion when you allow both anger and love to coexist. It's very confusing when the truth doesn't align in what is anticipated from your mother, so it's an issue of how will you make room for both emotions
